Our Story
The Greater Lincoln Obedience Dog Club was founded in Lincoln, Nebraska, in 1963. Today, it is a comprehensive training club that has been teaching people how to train their dogs for over fifty years. As an all-volunteer organization, we thrive on the support of our members and the love we all share for our dogs.

The Greater Lincoln Obedience Dog Club is an American Kennel Club (AKC) sanctioned club that offers both AKC obedience and agility trials several times throughout the year.

The Greater Lincoln Obedience Dog Club has an active membership of over 50 people and their dogs, many of whom are active in a wide variety of dog related activities including obedience, agility, rally, tricks, flyball, tracking, scent work, and therapy dog work. We are very proud of the accomplishments of our members, several of whom hold national titles in obedience and agility. Several of these members share their expertise with our students actively teaching classes at Greater Lincoln Obedience Dog Club.
Our instructors at the Greater Lincoln Obedience Dog Club are committed to excellence in teaching you to train your dog. We offer classes from Puppy Manners to beginning, intermediate, advanced, and competition-ready classes for agility, rally, scent work and flyball.
