Secretary: The Secretary shall keep records of all meetings of the Club and the Board and all other meeting of which a record shall be ordered by the Club or required by law. The Secretary shall have charge of correspondence, notify officers and directors of their

election, notify members of special meetings, keep a list of the members of the Club with their contact information, and carry out other duties as prescribed by these By-Laws.

The positions of President, Vice President, Secretary and two (2) at-large directors shall be filled on odd numbered years.
